No. Travel expenses, including flights and transportation, are not included in the conference fee. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Yes. Dinner will be provided on at least two evenings during the event. Additional meals and snacks outside of the scheduled dinners will be at the attendee’s discretion.

Staying at the recommended hotel is encouraged for convenience and connection, but it is not required. You are welcome to book accommodations elsewhere if preferred.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort does not have its own airport. We recommend flying into Pensacola International Airport (PNS), which is the closest option to Gulf Shores and offers the most frequent flight availability.

An alternative option is Mobile Regional Airport (MOB), though it is farther from the resort and typically has fewer direct flight options.

Ground Transportation:
We recommend renting a car from either airport for the easiest travel to and from the resort.
